Lilly Banda, Managing Director/Strategic Technical Advisor
A distinguished global health strategist bringing over 30 years of experience in health systems strengthening, donor-funded design, and high-level policy engagement. As former Deputy Health Office Director at USAID/Malawi, she co-managed a $140M annual portfolio and is a recognized pioneer in Government-to-Government (G2G) programming — scaling Malawi's flagship health financing model from $10M to $33M and transitioning 387 health workers to the national payroll. A recipient of the U.S. Department of State Global AIDS Coordinator Lifetime Achievement Award, she holds a Master of Public Health from the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT), Amsterdam.

Robert Katuya, Director of Finance
Over 25 years in financial governance, audit systems, and donor-funded program oversight, including 15 years as a Supervisory Financial Analyst at USAID/Malawi. At LeadRight, he leads governance and fiduciary risk advisory for institutional and G2G clients. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce from The Polytechnic - Malawi University of Business & Applied Sciences (MUBAS).

Thokozani Unyolo, Director, Branding & Strategic Communications
Two decades leading regional strategy and brand transformation across 17 countries for Airtel Africa, Coca-Cola, and Standard Bank. Malawi's first female CIM Marketer of the Year. She holds an MBA from Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria.

Patricia Ziwa, Executive Director
An International Development executive with over 25 years of senior-level experience directing multi-million dollar portfolios and strengthening operational systems across Malawi, South Asia, and Southern Africa. Most recently Deputy Health Office Director for Operations at USAID/Malawi, she led budgeting and monitoring for a $150M annual health portfolio — over 70% of the Mission's total budget — while driving localization efforts that delivered 50% overachievement on the Mission's Journey to Self-Reliance targets. She designed USAID/Malawi's first G2G program and holds an MBA from the Management College of Southern Africa, Durban.

Chimwemwe Chitsulo, Director, MEL & Business Transformation
Over 20 years bridging governance with health system reform at scale — formerly Senior Manager for Business Transformation at Gavi, architecting M&E frameworks for a $10B+ global portfolio. He holds an MSc in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of the Witwatersrand.

David Kayuni, Governance Specialist
Skilled in international relations, human rights, parliamentary interventions, and policy analysis. Holds an MA in Political Science with a focus on Democratic Governance.
